We aim to reply within [1 business day]. InkStrap is based in Sydney, Australia, so if you’re writing from the US or Europe, our reply may arrive overnight.

Need to change or cancel an order?

Orders go into production quickly, usually within 3 hours of being placed. If you need to change your size, color, or address, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. We’ll do our best, but changes can’t be guaranteed once production has started.
