Welcome to InkStrap. These Terms of Service apply to your use of inkstrap.store and purchases made through our website.

In these terms, “InkStrap,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to, trading as InkStrap, 

Please read these terms before placing an order.

1. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

You must not interfere with the website’s security, submit fraudulent orders, upload harmful content, or use our content without permission where permission is required.

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Our Products

InkStrap sells printed watch bands and related accessories. Unless a listing states otherwise, watches and other items shown in product images are not included.

Please check the product description, material, size, and watch compatibility before ordering. Contact us before purchasing if you need help choosing a suitable band.

We aim to display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and print placement may vary slightly during production. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

3. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. This confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation.

We may be unable to accept an order because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is reasonably suspected, or a material listing error needs correction.

If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute a product or increase the price of your order without your agreement.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Payment must be authorised before an order enters production.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Changes will not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Our watch bands are made to order. Production typically takes 3–4 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page or at checkout.

Production time is separate from delivery time. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you with an update and available options.

For personalised products, please check any names, text, images, and other details carefully before submitting your order. We will produce the item using the details you approve.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will try to accommodate your request. Once production begins, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may no longer be possible.

This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable consumer law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We use tracked delivery services. Delivery typically takes 6–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the service available. Any different estimate shown at checkout applies to your order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, public holidays, and other events may affect delivery.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Where an address error causes a parcel to be returned or requires redelivery, we may ask you to cover reasonable additional shipping costs after explaining them to you.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. A delivery issue does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law.

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, where applicable.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems

Please read our Refund Policy for details about change-of-mind returns and the return process.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may help us assess the issue, where reasonably available.

Made-to-order, personalised, and sale products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees.

Where a return is necessary because we supplied a faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.

9. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

For purchases covered by the Australian Consumer Law, products must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality, matching their description, and fitness for any purpose covered by those guarantees.

For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy under the law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Customers outside Australia may also have mandatory rights under the laws that apply to their purchase. These terms do not remove those rights.

10. Product Use and Care

Follow the care instructions supplied with your product or shown on the relevant product page.

Before wearing your watch, check that the band is correctly attached and securely fastened. Stop using a band if it becomes damaged or no longer fastens securely.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not qualify for a remedy where it is unrelated to a product defect. This does not limit your statutory rights.

11. Designs and Website Content

Content owned by InkStrap or licensed to us, including our branding, photographs, graphics, and product designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse and share links to our website for personal use. Reproducing or commercially using protected content requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit content for a personalised order, you confirm that you have permission to use it. You give us permission to use that content to produce and fulfil your order. Promotional use requires your separate permission.

12. Apple Trademark Notice

InkStrap is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple Inc.

Apple and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. References to Apple products are used to describe compatibility.

13. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we use third-party providers for services such as payments and delivery. Their relevant terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use their services.

Our use of these providers does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.

14. Website Availability and Errors

We take reasonable steps to keep our website accurate and available. However, occasional errors, interruptions, or maintenance may occur.

If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree on a solution. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will refund the affected amount.

15. Responsibility and Liability

Our responsibility for products, services, and losses is determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from applicable consumer guarantees.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer laws that apply to your purchase.

This clause does not prevent you from exercising rights or bringing proceedings in another jurisdiction where applicable law allows you to do so.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version and revision date will appear on this page.

The terms in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
