How do I know which InkStrap band fits my Apple Watch?
Check both the case size and Apple Watch Series before ordering. Use our Watch Size Guide to identify the correct option for your watch.
Why are there two different 42mm options?
Apple has used 42mm cases across different generations that belong to different band-size groups. Select the 42mm option that specifically matches your Apple Watch Series.
How do I find my Apple Watch case size?
The case size is usually marked on the back of your Apple Watch. Our Watch Size Guide also explains how to identify it.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Contact us as soon as possible. If processing has not started, we may be able to change the size. Otherwise, the applicable returns policy will apply.
Products & Custom Bands
Are InkStrap designs printed?
Yes. Our patterned bands feature printed artwork. A design that resembles woven fabric, leather or another texture should not be interpreted as the actual material unless the product description specifically states it.
Does the Apple Watch come with the band?
No. Watches shown in product images are for demonstration only. The purchase includes the watch band described on the product page.
Do you offer personalized watch bands?
Yes, selected designs can be personalized. Visit our Custom Band section for the available options and instructions.
Will colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
We aim to represent our designs accurately, but colors can vary slightly because of screen settings and normal printing or production variations.

How do I know my order was successful?
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation. Please check the order details carefully.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can enter processing quickly within 3 hours after order Placing, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Payment is processed through the secure payment methods available through our Shopify checkout. InkStrap does not need to display or handle your complete card details directly.

How long does order processing take?
All InkStrap products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–4 business days before your order is shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once tracking becomes available, you'll receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for guidance.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We use trackable shipping services, and delivery typically takes approximately 6–8 business days.
